Bar snacks.

The kitchen closes at ten. On Friday and Saturday, the bar snack menu takes over until midnight — something small, late on.

By then the room has shifted. The lights come down, the music comes up, the night stops being about dinner.

Monday to Thursday the atmosphere is measured: dinner, a drink, a conversation to be heard. Friday and Saturday it fills up and runs later — last orders at one. Same room, two tempos.
