Exclusively yours

The evening

The space

Restaurant, bar and lounge work together as one event space, with the terrace when the weather allows. R10 works best at around 50 to 80 guests, and larger events of around 100 may be possible depending on the format.

We don't turn R10 into a conventional event venue. It stays R10 — just yours for the evening.

Presentations and speeches

If your evening calls for a screen, a microphone or a short presentation, AV requirements can be arranged as needed. The room stays a restaurant and bar all the same.

Music

DJ music is permitted, but this ain't no disco. If you have something particular in mind, ask us and we'll tell you what's possible. Maybe even the neighbours can be bought.

Food

For private events we serve a flying buffet: a succession of small dishes carried through the room over the course of the evening. Food in one hand and a drink in the other — guests move, talk and enjoy the room rather than being fixed to a table for a formal dinner.

Drinks

Drinks are built around your event rather than sold as a fixed package. That might mean a focused selection of wines, beer and alcohol-free drinks, the wider R10 bar with cocktails and long drinks, or a combination of both.

Once we understand the evening, we'll recommend something that fits and include it in your individual offer.

Flying buffet

A taste of it.

An example of the format rather than a fixed menu. Dishes change with the season and availability, and we'll go through allergies, dietary requirements and anything particular when we plan the evening.

What it costs

Minimum spend

Private events at R10 start from a minimum spend of €6,000 Monday to Thursday.

It is a minimum spend rather than a hire fee or package price — the food and drinks your guests have during the evening count towards it.

Friday and Saturday carry a higher minimum, set individually according to the date and the event.

What happens next

Send us the date and roughly how many guests, and we'll look at it personally. If R10 suits your evening, we'll work through the details with you before preparing an individual offer.
